🚚 Where We Ship
ShedNY.com ships to most locations within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
⏱️ Processing Time
In-stock items: Usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Pre-orders or special orders: May take up to 10 business days to process.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
📦 Shipping Methods
Standard Parcel: For small accessories or tools. Delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Freight Delivery: Large shed orders are shipped via curbside freight service.
You will receive a call ahead of time to schedule delivery.
Curbside delivery means the driver will unload to your driveway or the closest safe point.
Make sure someone 18+ years old is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

📷 Inspect Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please:
Inspect packaging and product for visible damage.
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
If major damage is present, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
❌ Missed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries
If you miss a scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply. ShedNY is not responsible for freight storage charges due to unavailability at delivery.
💲 Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and location.
Free shipping promotions may be available on select items.
🔁 Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your product is returned due to incorrect address or refusal unrelated to damage, a restocking fee and return freight charges may be deducted from your refund.
