π Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Custom, built-to-order, or assembled sheds are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

π How to Request a Return

Your order number
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos (if applicable)
We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization with return instructions.
Return shipping must be arranged within 5 business days of approval.
π° Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
Allow 5β7 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 15β25% may apply, depending on product type and condition.
π¦ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
β Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was shipped in error or arrived damaged.
Large items (e.g., sheds) require freight return, which can be costly. Please verify measurements and features carefully before purchasing.
